How long does a complete design project take?
For a standard 60-80 m² flat in Chisinau, producing the technical design and 3D renders takes 4-6 weeks on average. The time depends heavily on how quickly you approve each intermediate stage.
Do you help with buying materials?
Yes, the Premium package includes calculating the materials and the exact list of shops in Chisinau where you can buy them (e.g. tiles, doors, parquet, light fittings), often with our partner discounts.
What's the difference between a 3D render and a technical design?
A 3D render is a photographic image of the future room, useful for understanding the look of it. The technical design is dozens of pages of diagrams and measurements (sections, electrical schematics) meant strictly for tradesmen. The picture can't be built correctly without the technical diagrams.
Can we start the renovation before the design is finished?
That's a major mistake that will cost you money and nerves. We strongly recommend finishing the entire design file before the workers set foot on site. Otherwise you'll pay for a socket moved three times and walls knocked down incorrectly.
